SpeedCafeTV have posted a clip of a Porsche 918 Spyder doing 350km/h in the Australian Outback. Driven by New Zealand race car driver and Carrera Cup competitor Craig Baird, the 918 reaches a speed of 350KMH, which is 217.5MPH, despite Porsche stating the car as having a top speed of 210MPH. This is, apparently, a new record set by the Porsche 918 Spyder for the fastest speed on the inhospitable Australian Outback.
