Behind the New Google Logo

The tech giant has today announced, and subsequently launched, its new logo. The new logo softens down the colours a bit, opting for a more pastel approach, which is perhaps a nod to the new parent company Alphabet and its brand aesthetics. Additionally, the business is now using a sans-serif typeface, removing those ‘overhanging’ parts of the font, this makes Google’s new logo a bit more modern and youthful.
