Brooks Brothers Martin Place Opens for Business

We knew there was a demand for Brooks Brothers in Australia but we had no idea our coverage of the Chatswood Store opening was going to be as popular as it was. Well I can report that the Brooks Brothers Martin Place store has now opened for business and it’s a cracking space. I popped by the store last week to have a look, and like the Chatswood space no expense has been spared with crystal chandeliers, American cherry wood carpentry and the Golden Fleece brass logo inlayed into the limestone floor.

The 398 square metre store boasts two levels of casual and formal menswear with a gentleman’s retreat on the top level, equipped with a billiards table and Chesterfield armchairs. Managing Director of Asia Pacific Mr Andy Lew was on hand for a quick chat and made special mention of the team’s desire to create an environment where customers where comfortable hanging out anytime.

The Martin Place store will be the first store to offer the brand’s made-to-measure service offering cloth and lining choices only available to custom orders. To round out the full Brooks Brothers experience the store will be adding a shoe shinning service to keep your Oxfords shining.
