Bare Blends Natural Whey Protein Powders

With New Year’s resolutions motivating everyone to go for that late night run or ditch the carbs at dinner I thought it was a perfect time to write about Bare Blends. Last night I started reading a book about a man named Malcolm Rands, a pioneer in ecologically sustainable household cleaning and body care products – Bare Blends is a company Malcolm Rand would definitely approve of.

Bare Blends take a holistic approach to your nutrition and wellness; producing delicious superfood blends that nourish and nurture an active body and mind. From Kakadu to the Andean ranges they select the highest quality ancient, raw and organic superfoods and combine them with Native and New Zealand whey proteins.

Sure, another protein powder you say? Not quite. After sampling a selection of Bare Blends products over the last quarter of 2013 I can confidently say you will have never tasted protein powder like it! Over the last five to seven years, I (as I’m sure many of you have) have tried and tested countless protein powders that end up becoming repulsive and gut wrenching, often to a point when they are left for the bin, or a poor housemate.

The products at Bare Blends are nutritious and seriously delicious offering a range of flavours and recipes from your staple Vanilla Bean to Dark Cocoa and Kakadu Plum and recently Berry which looks legit (see below). All products are free from artificial flavours, sweeteners and preservatives, and teeming with natural phytonutrients, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals – nutrients typically destroyed by heat and chemicals in standard manufacturing processes.

So gents if you’re keen to stick to your New Year’s resolution to slim down and bulk up, may I suggest Bare Blends to complement your training and your day to day eating. Saturday morning smoothies without a hangover have never tasted so good!
