We now know that the ‘Project 149 M’ was actually a turbocharged (twin-turbocharged to be exact) version of the Ferrari California. So what did the Italian supercar maker decide to call the new model? The 2015 Ferrari California T of course.
Packed with a twin turbocharged 3.9 liter 8-cylinder engine, the California T pushes out some impressive numbers, making 560 horsepower along with 557 lb-ft of torque. All that power gets the drop-top to 100 km/h in just 3.6 seconds from a standstill. Naturally people are looking for ways to get that top down faster than ever, and of course Ferrari obliges with a 14 second fold down time on the retractable hard-top roof. For stopping power this supercar is equipped with a set of carbon-ceramic brakes, while a F1-Trac traction control system creates one hell of a driving experience.
