Here’s a sneak peak at the Saturdays Surf NYC Spring 2013 collection. Saturdays has based its styling on simplicity, comfort and everyday use. Their clothes are made from great quality fabrics, and although sometimes unreasonably priced here in Australia, if you venture to the States you’ll find them rather affordable. An American friend once told me ‘never be seen in New York wearing Saturdays NYC clothes,’ I guess it’s a bit like drinking a Foster’s in Australia, people just don’t do it. That said though, their store in SOHO is worth checking out and they happen to serve some of the best coffee in the area.

Traditional colour blocking looks are spiced up with some plaid and floral patterning making this collection a go to for the more conservative gentleman looking to freshen up their casual wardrobe. The collection is characterised by three newly developed prints – The Paint Print, The Notebook Print, and The Floral Print – and these are repeated throughout on oxfords, board shorts,  esquinas and accessories.
