The paralypmpics kicked off in London at the weekend and to say that I’ve been glued to the television watching is an understatement. Watching these pure athletes compete blows the mind – it’s inspiring, incredible and emotional.  Sponsors Samsung have released their own take on the games with a campaign entitled “Sport doesn’t care who you are – Everyone can take part.” It’s powerful and engaging, and it makes you realise these athletes are not to be felt sorry for, but to be in absolute awe of. Sure Usain Bolt is fast, but I just watched a quadruple amputee do a 200m individual medley and I’m hard pressed deciding who’s the better athlete.
